Reservation Policies
C/IN and C/OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Standard check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Children and Extra Bed
All children under 3 years old stay free of charge for cots. One child under 12 years is charged 13€ per night (without breakfast). Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Please reserve these extra beds in advance as they are limited.
Pets
All dogs are welcome in the hotel with a charge of 9€ per night and per dog but are not allowed in the restaurant. Please note it is important to respect hotel guests. If you leave your pet alone in your room, he can feel lonely and cry. Should we receive a complaint from a guest, your pet will not be allowed to stay on the property. Service animals are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Cancellation
All cancellations or modifications within 48 hours will be charged one night’s room rate including all applicable tax. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
Moyens de Paiement
We currently accept payment with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Payment can also be made by cash, cheque, ticket restaurant, Logis or vacation coupons (ANCV).
City Tax
The city tax is 0,88€ per night and per adult, aged 12 years old and above.This tax will be paid directly at the hotel.
